Fill the red bulb with water... and then carefully rest the toilet seat on the red bulb while making sure the little transparent straw (squirter) is poking out from under the edge of the seat.   Then when someone sits on the toilet seat... their body weight will squeeze the bulb of water under the seat when they sit down... get the picture?   The victim gets a sudden squirt of water on their hindquarters when they sit down...What the Heck?!
 
This will make your Bladder splatter and your liver quiver with laughter.
