For using the Electronic Dollar Bill Snatcher
REMOVING THE SPOOL
It is not necessary to remove the Spool from the device to add invisible line, however... Should you need to remove the spool from the device, the easiest way to remove it is using a spoon using fulcrum for leverage.
INSTALLING INVISIBLE THREAD ON THE SPOOL
Dont remove the Spool, first you want to learn how to grasp the device so you can loosen the spool to create a Gap. Hold the device in your left hand using your fingers to keep the spool still, while using the fingers of your right hand to slightly loosen the two spool halves to create a GAP.
Feed the invisible line thru the eyelet and wrap the line around the gap a few times.. Â and then tighten the spool back down on the invisible line and trim off any excess thread off the spool.
Then use the device to slowly reel in the desired amount of invisble thread you want to put on the spool.
Before you can add a Dollar Bill you need to tie the Bead onto the invisible line and the plastic snap. The Bead acts as the Brake to stop the dollar bill in its travel without breaking the invisible thread. We also recommend a small piece of scotch tape on each side over the snaps to add more security during play.
BEST LOCATION TO INSTALL THE SNAP
When you attach the plastic snap to the dollar we recommend placing it inside the green Emblem on the dollar bill as it will be less noticeable to your victim as they are about to pick the dollar up off the ground. Its the perfect location as the dollar will be more balanced in its travel.
BE PREPARED....
We like to keep a rubber band wrapped around the device and the Dollar Bill so when you see an opportunity its always ready when you take it out of your jacket pocket.
The Plastic Eyelet is not indestructible and if you press hard enough on it it WILL break or it could detach from the unit. We mention this so you will avoid the urge to press on it. The good news is in most cases a little bit of Epoxy will take care of the problem. DONT try using hot glue because we can tell you it wont work... We recommend Gorilla Glue Contact Adhesive Clear Dip. If you lose the eyelet or need to replace it we sell them here on the website.
