Damaged and Defective items can be returned for a refund or exchange within 3 days.
Our Policy lasts 30 days, if 30 days have gone by since your purchase, then we can not offer you a refund or exchange.
Procedure for filing a claim with Californiamagic.net
1. Within 3 days of receiving the product contact us with a photo or video explaining the issue and tell us if the return will be for a refund or an exchange. Email us at Californiamagic@yahoo.com
2. We will review the claim and contact you if we need more information.
3. Once Approved, we will refund or re-ship the item. You may be asked to return the item before a replacement item is shipped out, depending on the item. In most cases, if it is not a high-value item then you will not be asked to ship the defective item back.
4. If we ask you to return the product we will communicate with you the most cost-effective way to return the item and provide you with a return shipping address. You will receive your refund once we have received and checked the product.
5. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 days after we have received and checked the product.
RETURN SHIPPING COST
The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping cost to return items unless we are at fault.
If you receive a refund, and we are at fault, the cost of return shipping will be also be included in your refund.
