Some people know about thumb tips and are on the watch for their use.. Sometimes you need to stay a step ahead of them.  Leave your thumb in full view while your payload goes into this finger tip instead. 
 
This is made of a hard plastic so you can snuff a cigarette out in someone's shirt with it (while leaving your thumb in full view!) 
 
Also great for vanishing a packet of sugar or pouring some salt into your fist, you simply pour the salt or sugar directly into the finger tip, then steal the load from your fist.  You will most likely be glad you added this to your magic arsenal. You can thank us later.
